We are pleased to announce that Image Soft has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system as of 25.9.2015. The certificate is accredited by DNV GL.

To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Image Soft underwent an extensive process of review and improvement to establish our procedures document and quality manual. Saying this, the project took us 10 months from getting started to receiving the certificate, which speaks for the internal commitment and drive that characterized the process.

Setting up guidelines on how we should operate was a matter of following common sense and applying best practices within the company. We did not create any new tricks to get things done properly, but simply specified how we could best add value to our customers, then wrote a handbook on it and finally fine-tuned some of it to match it with ISO 9001:2008 criteria. Now to live by the book should not be impossible, after all we wrote it ourselves!

Certainly, we did not allocate all our time on this to get the certificate on our company wall, but to send a strong message that Image Soft is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. That commitment has now been certified, and we look forward to showing it to you, too.
